摘要
目的:优选芩柏软膏中黄芩、黄柏的提取工艺。方法:设计L9(34)正交试验,采用HPLC法和薄层层析法测定黄芩苷及盐酸小檗碱含量作为评价指标,优化黄芩和黄柏的提取工艺。结果:黄芩提取时主要影响因素为乙醇浓度,差异有极显著性(P<0.01),乙醇用量、提取次数及时间为次要影响因素,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);黄柏提取时主要影响因素为提取次数及时间,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:优选的黄芩、黄柏提取工艺重现性良好,稳定可行。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Radix Scutellaria and Cortex Phellodendri in Qinbai ointment. METHODS The optimum extraction was investigated by the orthogonaL design , Baicalin was determined by HPLC and berberine hydrochloride by TLCS. RESULTS It has extremely remarkable difference (P〈0. 01) in the concentration of ethanol in the extraction process of Radix Scutellaria ,draw number of times and time have remarkable difference (P〈0. 05) in the extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri. CONCLUSION This Method is stable and reliable.
