摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定蛋氨酸的有关物质。方法:采用C18柱,以醋酸盐缓冲液(pH6.40)-60%乙腈(87∶13)为流动相,检测波长:254nm,流速:1.0mL.min-1,柱温:38℃。结果:蛋氨酸峰与有关物质峰能很好地分离,分离度符合要求。结论:本法简便、灵敏度高,可用于蛋氨酸有关物质的测定。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for quantitative determination of relevant material in methionine. METHODS Samples were analyzed with a reverse phase HPLC system(C18 column), the mobile phase was composed of acetate buffer(pH 6. 40)-60% acetonitrile (87 : 13), the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the flow-rate was 1.0 mL. min^-1, and the column temperature was 38℃. RESULTS The peak of methionine and the peak of relevant material were entirely separated. And the resolution was accord with the demands. CONCLUSION The method provides a simple and sensitive analytical procedure for determination of relevant material in methionine.
