儿童蛋白丢失性肠病1例 被引量：1

Case Report of Protein-Losing Enteropathy in Children

摘要 患儿,女,6岁10个月,因反复腹泻6年、加重2周入院.6年前无明显诱因开始腹泻,大便为稀糊样便或稀水样便,无明显黏液脓血,无里急后重感,无豆腐渣样改变,2～7次/d,伴腹胀、纳差,进食生冷食物及肉制品后腹泻次数增多,精神尚可,消瘦明显,无明显潮热、盗汗,曾因腹胀在多家医院就诊,腹部B超、胸片均未见异常,未正规治疗,腹泻迁延未愈.
