摘要
做好工程进度协调工作对于保证/缩短工期、降低工程造价具有重大意义.分析工程进度协调的本质,建立了工程进度优化的数学模型,重点在于建立了工程进度协调的合作对策模型,并利用Shapley值方法对合作利益进行分配.该模型为促进各方最大限度合作、公平合理分配合作利益提供了理论依据和操作规则,进而促进各方的合作、协调施工进度,最终利于缩短工期、降低造价、提高施工企业竞争力.
Solving these problems successfully pays much impact on guaranteeing or shortening project duration and reducing project cost. The paper analyzes the problem of harmony of project construction processes, constitutes the mathematical model for project construction processes optimization. More importantly, a mathematical model for harmony of project construction processes is constituted based on cooperative game theory; and the cooperative benefit is distributed by Shapley value method. The model provides theoretical background and manipulation rules for cooperation in harmony of project construction processes. And it promotes cooperation among construction corporations, distributes cooperative benefit fairly and reasonably. Finally, the model shortens project duration, reduces project cost and improves competitive capacity of construction corporations.
