三唑磷和多效唑及其混合对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性

ACUTE TOXICITY OF TRAZOPHOS,PACLOVUTRAZOL AND THEIR MIXTURE TO TADPOLESB OF BUFO GARGARIZANS CANTOR

测定了三唑磷、多效唑及其混合液对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性,并进行了安全性评价。试验结果表明:蝌蚪对三唑磷的24、48、72、和96 hLC50分别为5.57、5.09、5.09和5.09 mg/L。蝌蚪对多效唑的24、48、和72hLC50分别为60.12、40.50和34.32 mg/L。蝌蚪对浓度比1:10混合液的24和48 h的LC50分别为2.19(三唑磷)/21.88mg/L(多效唑)和1.84(三唑磷)/18.41 mg/L(多效唑)。三唑磷和多效唑的混合物在24和48 h时都表现为协同作用。

To evaluate the safety of triazophos, paclovutralzol and their mixture to the tadpoles of Bufo gargarizans Cantor, the acute toxicity of these two agrochemicals and their mixture were examined for the tadpoles. The result revealed that for triazophos,24,48,72, and 96 h LC50 were 5.57,5.09,5.09 and 5.09mg/L respectively. For paclobutrazol,24,48 and 72 h LC50 were 60.12,41.69 and 34.32 mg/L respectively. For the mixture of triazophos and paclobutrazol in the ratio of 1 ：10,24 h LC50 was 2.19 mg/L（triazophos） and 21.88mg/L （paclobutrazol） ,48 h LC50 was 1.84 mg/L（triazophos） and 18.41mg/L（paclobutrazol）. The effects of the mixture at 24 h and 48 h were synergism.
