摘要
介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的频率特性测试仪的硬件结构,它将低频信号发生器和数据采集器设计在一块卡上,插入PC机插槽中,可以通过程序控制产生测试需要的信号,并将系统或元件输出信号采集到计算机中分析、计算和显示。给出了该仪器数据采集处理接口板卡的硬件结构原理图和用于接口板卡数据采集的VXD程序清单,将测试示例与Matlab计算的结果进行了比较,说明该频率特性测试仪的精度满足实用需求。
Presented a hardware composition of the frequency characteristic testing meter based on LabView. The board composed of low-frequency signal generator and data acquisition was designed to insert in PC. This board can generate the signal demanded in frequency measure by program control and receive the output signals of control system or component. These output signals can be analyzed, computed and displayed by computer. The hardware composition of date acquisition card and the repertoire of VXD about DAQ was also shown. Atesting example was compared with computing result of Matlab and indicated the precision was adequated to use practically.
