摘要
基于PID控制的离心泵用柴油机转速控制系统具有灵活、智能的特点,易于实现泵的高精度智能控制。采用PID控制理论实现柴油机转速的高精度控制,给出了部分硬件电路原理图和程序流程图,试验证明整个转速控制系统有较高的精度,PID控制能有效地实现柴油机的高精度控制。
Speed control system based on PID control have agility, intelligent traits, it's easy to control pumps with high precision. PID control theory was adopted to control diesel engine's speed precise, parts of hardware circuit map and program flow charts were presented, and it turned out that the system has high-precision and the PID-control-system can precise control diesel engine.
