沥青膨胀珍珠岩防腐保温管道补口技术的改进

摘要 管道绝缘层和防水层补口采用ZR改性沥青补口毡、保温层补口采用无氟或有氟聚氨酯泡沫小包装材料,改进工艺后可提高沥青膨胀珍珠岩防腐保温管道补口的密封性和质量,并能改善施工条件、减轻工人的劳动强度和降低施工成本。 The joints of insulation layer and water resistance layer on a pipeline are usually coated with ZR modified asphalt felt, while the joints of thermal insulation layer are usually coated with small package of polyurethane foam with or without fluorine. After improving the technology the sealing property and quality of the coating at the joints of asphalt expanded perlite corrosion resistance and thermal insulation coatings are enhanced, and the working conditions are improved. The intensity of labour and construction cost are also decreased.
