射频消融治疗549例肝肿瘤的并发症分析

Complications of radiofrequency ablation for 549 cases of liver tumor

目的探讨射频消融(RFA)治疗肝肿瘤的并发症及防治的经验和教训。方法对6年来本所用RFA治疗的549例肝肿瘤患者共904个病灶740次治疗情况进行总结,临床观察治疗后的并发症及防治情况。结果38例次(5.1%)患者出现并发症,包括10例皮肤烧伤、21例胸部并发症、2例肝功能不全;皮下出血、穿刺点皮肤感染、肝脓肿、胆瘘、结肠穿孔各1例。但无1例死亡。结论RFA治疗肝肿瘤的并发症率较低,且多数是可以预防的。

Objective To investigate the complications of radiofrequency ablation for liver tumor and their prevention and treatment. Methods While 549 patients of liver tumor and 904 focuses were treated with radiofrequency ablation for 740 times, the clinical complications and their management were observed. Results Thirty-eight patients （5.1%） developed complications, including 10 skin burn, 21 complications in bosom, 2 hypohepatia, 1 subcutaneous hemorrhage, 1 skin infection, 1 liver abscess, 1 biliary fistula and 1 colon perforation, and all patients survived. Conclusion The rate of complications of radiofrequency ablation for liver tumor is low and most complications can be prevented and cured.
