Remaining Lifetime Prediction of Outlet and lnlet PiPeline of 104-DA High Temperature Exchange Furnace

对合成氨装置１０４－ＤＡ高温变换炉出入口管道进行了强度校核、力学性能测试、疲劳与腐蚀分析以及金相组织检测，采用以持久强度为主的综合分析法，评估结果其出入口管道的剩余寿命为７年。

The calibrating mechanical strength,testing mechanical property,analysing fatigue and corrosion and detecting metallographic crystal structure of the outlet and inlet pipeline in 104-DA high temperature furnace carried out,using the inductive methods of endurance strength,the remaining lifetime of the outlet and inlet pipeline is assessed and obtained that is about 7 years.
