摘要
【目的】初步探讨全冠修复体计算机辅助设计的基本方法。【方法】使用机械扫描仪采集了全冠预备体的表面数据,利用已有的标准牙的数据,在通用的CAD软件平台上初步实现了全冠修复体的计算机辅助设计的全过程。【结果】获得了全冠修复体的CAD数据,包括内外表面的数据,数据完整精确。【结论】本研究路线实用可行,可以为修复体CAD/CAM系统的研制提供参考。
[Objective] To research the rudimental methods of computer-aided design of full crown prosthesis. [Methods] A gypsum working cast and die of a full crown was scanned with a mechanical scanner, and the surface data were acquired. On the platform of commercial CAD software, the whole process of the computer-aided design of full crown was realized, the standard teeth crown models which were established in former experiments were used to define the basic contour of the prosthesis.[Results] The CAD data of a full crown were achieved, including inner surface as well as outer surface, the data were integrated and precise. [Conclusion] The methods of this research were practical and feasible and could lay the foundations of the development of dental CAD/CAM system.
