摘要 对强力复合垫片进行了力学性能和密封性能试验研究,并与不锈钢石墨缠绕垫片和不锈钢包石棉垫片的性能做了对比分析。增加强力复合垫片的密度能显著提高它的力学性能和密封性能。不锈钢石墨缠绕垫片的力学性能和密封性能最好,不锈钢包石棉垫片的密封性能最差。强力复合垫片的力学性能与不锈钢包石棉垫片相当,但密封性能远优于不锈钢包石棉垫片,因此可替代不锈钢包石棉垫片用于换热器端盖及中低压管道上。 The mechanical and sealing behavior of the strengthened gasket were studied and compared with the stainless steel graphit spiral-wound gasket and the stainless steel packing asbestos gasket.We found that the mechanical and sealing behavior of the strengthened gasket can be improved by increasing its density.In these three kinds of gaskets,the mechanical and sealing behavior of the stainless steel graphit spiral-wound gasket is the best,the sealing behavior of the stainless steel packing asbestos gasket is the poorest.The mechanical behavior of the strengthened gasket is the same as the stainless steel paeking asbestos gasket,but its sealing behavior is much better than the stainless steel packing asbestos gasket.So it can be used in heat exchanger and pipe instead of the stainless steel packing asbestos gasket.
