A kind of chemical cleaning agent which is suited for cleaning of heavy oil fouling for all kinds of heat exchenger in petro-chemical industry,and its cleaning mechanisms,basic components as well as physical and chemical properties are introduced,in this paper.This product has been used for cleaning oil fouling for beat exchanger of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,catalytic cracking unit in refinery.
