摘要
以微量FeCl2为催化剂,利用Fe(OH)3和Co(OH)2的化学共沉淀法制备了铁酸钴纳米粒子.实验表明催化反应的最佳条件是9.0≤pH≤10.3,0.45 mol/L≤c总≤1.20 mol/L,反应时间≤4 h.用XRD,TEM等手段对产物进行了表征,并测定了铁酸钴的磁化曲线、比表面积和密度.
Nanometer-sized CoFe2O4 was synthesized in the presence of trace Fe^(Ⅱ) in solution. The results showed that the best reaction conditions to prepare CoFe2O4 were 9.0≤pH≤10.3, the initial total concentration 0.45 mol/L≤ ctotal≤ 1.20 mol/L, the reaction time≤4 h. The products were characterized by XRD and TEM. The magnetic curve,specific surface area and density were examined respectively.
