高配基吸附剂的制备新途径 被引量:5

摘要 聚酰胺-胺型树枝状化合物(PAMAM)是一种具有确定化学结构的纳米分子,表面带有高密度的官能团,将PAMAM结合至载体上可以大大增加活性位点,得到高配基含量的吸附剂.本研究将PAMAM通过环氧基连接到纤维素微球上制备了一种高配基含量的吸附剂.对于环氧基团含量为0.23mmol/g的球形纤维素,在30℃条件下与PAMAM反应可以得到伯氨基含量为2.94mmol/g的纤维素基吸附剂,与纤维素载体的环氧基含量相比,氨基的固定量提高约13倍.
