侧脑室脑膜瘤的临床诊断和治疗

Clinical diagnosis and treatmentl of lateral ventricle meningiomas

目的探讨侧脑室脑膜瘤的放射学特点、手术技巧和治疗结果,以降低残死率,改善手术效果。方法回顾分析21例侧脑室脑膜瘤的诊断要点、手术入路及预后。结果所有病例行MR I或/和CT检查,确诊率高,并行显微手术全切除,无手术死亡,预后好。结论应用显微手术切除侧脑室脑膜瘤是一种安全有效的治疗方法,神经导航系统对手术入路设计具有指导意义。

Objective To review the neuroradiologic specificity, the microsurgical technique and prognosis of lateral ventricle meningiomas. Methods Twenty-one cases of lateral ventrices meningioma were admitted. The diagnostic principles, operative approaches and prognosis were reviewed. Results The diagnosis by MRI or CT was verified by pathologic investigation. All meningiomas were resected totally by microsurgical techniques with no operative mortality and satisfied therapeutic results. Conclusion The result of our operative experience suggests the mlerosurgical techniques is safe and highly effective. The neurosurgical navigation system is quite helpful in operative approach design.
