摘要 本文以明胶、丙烯酰胺(AM)、阳离子单体(DMC)为原料,以过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠为引发体系,采用乳液聚合法合成了一系列阳离子型明胶接枝共聚物乳液,用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,合成产物结构中含有季铵盐阳离子基团,在广泛的pH值范围内显示正电性。同时应用试验结果表明,明胶接枝共聚物乳液改善了纸页强度。最后通过扫描电镜分析了加入接枝共聚物前后纸页的交织情况及其断纸情况,结果显示加入该聚合物乳液的成形纸页中的纤维分布更均匀,而断纸主要以纤维断裂为主,说明其增强效果明显。 A series of strength agents of latex of cationic gelatin grafting polymer were synthesized by latex polymerization of gelatin with AM and cationic group monomers (DMC)in the K2S2O8-NaHSO3 initiator system. Meanwhile, the structure of grafting polymer was analyzed by IR. The result of the experiment showed that the grafting polymer had cationic group and it could display positive electricity in wide rang of pH value. Meanwhile, the application showed that it could improve the physical properties of paper sheets obviously. In the end, the fiber interlace and the rupture of paper sheets added into polymer or not were analyzed by SEM, it showed that the distribution of fiber of paper sheets treated with synthesized emulsion was well-proportioned and the fiber rupture mainly was in the condition of rupture, as shown that it could improve the strength of paper sheets.
