摘要
针对现有的容积式流量计不能用来测量高压液压系统动态流量的现状,设计了一种轴向并联式齿轮流量变送器,该变送器的流量脉动只有单片齿轮变送器脉动的1/16,可用来测量高压液压系统动态流量。其工作原理是先将被测液体的流量信号转换为转速信号,再通过测速发电机将转速信号变为电信号,最终确定被测系统的动态流量。该流量计具有测量范围大、精度高、可靠性好等优点。
Aimed at the problem that the current capacity flowmeter can' t be used in high hydraulic pressure system to measure the dynamic flow, a sensor of the gear flowmeter in parallel was designed. The pulsation rate of flowmeter is only 1/16 of single piece one, and the flowmeter can be used to measure the dynamic flow in high hydraulic pressure system. For the designed flowmeter, the flow signal is converted into the rotational speed signal firstly, then the rotational speed signal is turned the electric signal that can be measured, and at last, the dynamic flow signal of the system can be got.
