双坐标电液数字位置的普通开关阀控制系统的研制

摘要 介绍了四轴双坐标自动控制生产设备的研制过程,该设备的工作机构采用两个单活塞杆双作用缸机构驱动,由普通开关阀(即定值液压阀)组成的往复等速液压回路控制,并由转角编码器将角位移脉冲信号反馈给计算机,实现了双坐标电液数字位置控制。该控制系统工作稳定可靠、控制准确,并已成功用于生产。 The research of the equipment of four axes and double coordinates electrohydraulic digital control was introduced. Its operating mechanism is to use two single rod double acting cylinders for driving. It is under the command of back and forth equal veloci- ty control hydraulic circuit composed of general on -off valves (i. e hydraulic valves for statianary application) , and the information of angle position with pulse are transferred from axial angle encoder to a program computer, so double coordinates electro hydraulic digital control position is achieved. The control system operates stably and reliably, and commands precisely. The equipment has been successfully applied to production.
