摘要
建立了二环减速器关键零件环板的有限元模型,对应力进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:二环减速器与三环减速器相比,变形小、应力相近,且二环减速器两环板传递与三环减速器同样的功率,可见二环减速器的优越性。本文的分析对二环减速器的设计具有指导意义。
FEM model was built for ring board which is the most key part of two ring reductor and stress analysis was simulated. Compared with the three ring gear reductor, the deformation is small and the stress is close. And two tings two ring gear reductor can transfer the same power of three ring gear reductor, it is clear that two ring gear reductor is more predominant. The analysis has the guidance meaning for the design of two ring gear reductor.
