摘要
通过对职业球员综合素质培养问题的讨论,提出素质培养的目标体系及其自律与他律。进一步探讨我国足球职业联赛的若干问题,分别从联赛的起源,体制性基础及其属性等方面展开了讨论,并提出了创建关于中国职业足球发展的协商机制的必要性问题。
In the dialogue conceming the cultivation of professional football players＇ comprehensive quality, the aim of cultivation and the players＇ self-discipline are mentioned. Some problems of the football league in China, such as the origin, the systematic basis, etc., are also discussed. The paper suggests establishing a negotiation mechanism for the development of professional football league in China.
