运用人口学和社会学的基本理论,以上海社会发展为背景,在对上海市劳动力人口状况进行分析的基础上,提出完善行业体育协会、加强劳动力人口的体质监测工作、丰富劳动力人口体育活动的内容结构等发展劳动年龄体育人口的对策。

Based on the basic theories of population and sociology and in light of the modem social development in Shanghai, the paper analyzes the features of the laborers in Shanghai and makes some suggestions on perfecting the professionl sports associations, monitoring the physique of the laborers, enriching the laborers＇ sports activities, etc.
