摘要
为了了解刘翔110m 栏全程跨栏的步长,步频及速度等参数来分析其跨栏、栏间跑节奏等运动学特征,以他在2005年全国田径大奖赛中山站的110m 栏决赛为研究对象,采用德国产的激光测速仪(LAVEG SPORT),用影像解析相结合的办法来测量运动员跑进的速度。结果显示:刘翔的栏间3步总步长比较短,而且3步中每1步所占的比例也不同;刘翔全程栏问跑3步平均步频快,在第3~4栏栏间达到最大步频,并保持4个栏间到第6~7栏栏间;刘翔栏间的3步平均速度快(9.20m/s),在第4~5栏栏间达到最高速度(9.63m/s);与世界优秀跨栏运动员比较,刘翔的过栏的平均速度较慢,前3栏间的节奏相对不是很稳定。
In order to get the parameters of Liu Xiang's pace length, pace frequency and velocity, the video of 110m hurdle race finals in the 2005 National Track and Field Prix was analyzed, The result shows that Liu Xiang's total pace length between the hurdles is short and each pace occupies different proportion in the 3 paces, Liu Xiang's average pace frequency is high and reaches the highest between the hurdles of No. 3 - No, 4. His average speed is 9,20m/s and reaches the highest (9.63m/s)between the hurdles of No. 4 - No. 5, Compared with the world's top hurdlers, Liu Xiang's average speed of hurdle clearance is relatively slow and his rhythm between the first 3 hurdles is not so stable.
