Rhythmic gymnasts usually compete with apparatus in their hands. So the understanding and operating skill of the apparatus directly affect their performance. This article probes into the rhythmic gymnasts＇ understanding of “sense of apparatus” and the training of young gymnasts for their “sense of apparatus”.
