摘要
介绍了1995年12月在美国召开的ISO/TC28/SC2、SC3和SC6年会的情况,分析了ISO的发展趋势以及ISO/TC28与API、ISO/TC28与OIML的关系,提出了石油行业“采标”工作的几点建议。
Passing on the situation for the annual meeting of ISO/TC 28/SC2, SC3, SC6 in Dec. 1995 in U. S. A, analysing the development trend of ISO and relation of ISO/TC 28 and API, ISO/TC 28 and OIML, some proposals of 'adoption of international standard and advanced oversea standard' in petroleum occupation are put forward.
