摘要
提出了用无量纲泥饼可压缩因子来评价泥饼可压缩性的方法,可压缩性因子是滤失量和滤失压差的函数。实验结果表明,超细碳酸钙是完全不可压缩的,而膨润土具有相当高的可压缩性,将常用钻井液添加剂加至膨润土基浆中,都可改善泥饼的可压缩性,但影响不大。
A no - dimensional factor is proposed to e-valunte the compressibility of drilling fluid filter cakes. The compressibility factor is a function of the fluid loss of mud and the differential pressure during filtration. It was found out that various materials give very different filter cakes in terms of incompress-ibility. Particles such as super - fine calcium carbonate are incompressible; but clay minerals such as ben-tonite are fairly compressible. And most common mud additives cnn improve the compressibility of filter cakes, but the effect is not remarkable.
