加氢脱铁系列催化剂3921、3922和3923的研制 被引量:2

摘要 对3921、3922和3923重油加氢脱铁系列催化剂从实验室的研制到工业装置的应用作了较详细的阐述。在实验室的加氢试验装置上进行了1350h的运转试验,脱铁率为95.6%,而且催化剂稳定性好。容铁容垢量比参比剂B大15%~40%。将经工业装置使用609天后的催化剂作化学分析和电子探针检测,得知该催化剂能很好地将进入反应器的铁元素捕捉于催化剂孔道内,平均每天每吨催化剂的吸铁率是参比剂B的12.41倍,而且这些铁元素在该催化剂上的分布从表面到内部比较均匀。工业应用的效果进一步证明:该系列催化剂分级装填,不仅能确保精制反应的效果,而且能有效地抑制反应器压力降的上升,可使装置的运转周期延长1.5年。这就有效地解决了加工高酸值、高铁含量油装置运转周期短的难题。 The research and development of a series of hydrorefining catalyst, 3921. 3922 and3923 ferric compound removing catalysts, were described. A 1350 hour running test was conducted on alaboratory hydrorefining unit, the catalyst exhibited good stability and 95. 6% of the ferric compound wasremoved. The commercial catalyst after 609 day operation was chemically analyzed and detected by electronic probe, which indicated that the ferric compounds were captured in the pore channels. The hydrorefining effect was improved by the graded loading of the catalyst, the pressure drop was controlled and theoperation period was prolonged. The problem of processing high acidity and high ferric compound contentfeedstock has been solved.
