摘要
分析了能耗很大的重整装置的能耗情况,认为重整反应部分的能耗占装置总能耗的比例最大,而在单项公用工程消耗中燃料能耗占装置能耗比例最大。还分析了改变重整反应参数对装置能耗的影响,并提出了降低能耗的一些具体措施。
The energy consumption of a typical semi-regenerative catalytic reformer was analyzed. The total energy consumption of the unit was high, in which the reaction section possessed thelargest part, and the fuel consumption was the highest energy consumption in utilities. The effects of theoperating variables on energy consumption were discussed, and some energy conservation measures wereproposed.
