摘要
提高重质油深加工是炼油厂挖潜增效的重要途径。介绍长岭炼油化工总厂在重油催化裂化联合装置DCS上采用现代先进控制技术──人工神经网络技术,实现第二再生器温度→混合原料密度→掺渣比→掺渣量的实时闭环控制。通过投用掺渣比先进控制与脱离先进控制后的人工操作对比标定,掺渣比平均值提高约5.5个百分点,年创经济效益285万元。
Deep processing of heavy oil is an important route in refinery. Advanced controltechnique of the distribution control system has been used in the RFCC unit in Changling Refinery to increase the residue oil ratio in the feedstock. A real-time closed circuit control (dense phase regeneratortemperature→feedstock density→residue oil ratio→residue amount) has been realized. The average residueoil ratio increased by 5. 5% in comparison with the manual operation.
