摘要
把金纳米颗粒加入到生物酶膜中制备葡萄糖生物传感器,分析了电极的反应机理和金纳米颗粒对电极电流响应的影响,并进行了电极的性能测定。试验表明,引入金纳米粒子可显著提高电极的响应灵敏度,制备的传感器抗干扰性强,稳定性高,成本较低,操作简便。
The gold nanoparticle was applied to the biological enzyme film to construct glucose biosensor. The electrode's responsive mechanism, gold nanoparticle's effect to the response of electrode current were analyzed. The electrode's property was tested, The experiment results showed that the gold nanoparticle can obviously intensify the responsive sensitivity of the electrode and so it can be used to make the sensor with anti-interference, good stability, convenient and lowcost.
