摘要
从1999年10月确立开城工业园区,到2003年6月开工建设,直到2004年12月部分企业投产,开城工业园区的建设虽然经历了一个漫长的过程,但对朝鲜经济改革,对韩朝经济合作,对朝鲜半岛的和平、稳定与发展都将起到重要的作用。
Establishing the cooperation of Kaesong industrial park since October of 1999, put into operation by June of 2003, some enterprises went into operation until December of 2004, the construction of Kaesong industrial park has gone through a long course, but to N. Korean economic reform , to S. Korean - N. Korean economic cooperation , to the peace , stability and development of Korea Peninsula will play an important role.
