摘要
通过大量用能系统的剖析与研究，导出了用能系统的热经济准则——经济因子、把节与省钱用一个无量纲因子统一起来作为一个独立的评价指标来衡量用能系统热力学上的完善性和经济上约合理性。
In this paper the energy economic factor is derived. It can be used to appreciate reasonableness and perfectibility of the using energy in design and reform plans. It can also be used to find the frail link and point the direction of reform in the current using energy system.
