摘要
为了开发深部的油气藏,在钻井作业中需要使用性能更为优良的加重钻井液。为此,研制了一种新型的抗高温高密度水基钻井液体系。该体系用海泡石配成基浆,添加多种抗高温处理剂而复配成6种不同配方,从中选出Ⅱ号配方作进一步的性能评价试验。试验表明,它具有较好的热稳定性(抗温180℃)、抗盐性(25%)、抗钙性(3%)以及良好的流变性等特点,基本上能满足深井、超深井等复杂地层的钻井要求。
t is necessary to develop a new system of weighted drilling fluid with good properties for deep and ultra-deep drilling. A new high temperature, high density drlling fluid is prepared which is composed of sepiolite and other additives with higher thermal stability. Laboratorial tests show that the system has a good thermal stability (upto 80%), salt tolerance (25 % ), calcium resistance (3%) and rheological property.
