摘要
以某厂试制的LGWC-20/250空压机车为研究对象,对车装高压空压机连杆进行了有限元分析。按照最大压缩和最大拉伸两种工况确定外载荷;将连杆所受的工作外载荷按余弦分布,将装配和热过盈载荷按均匀分布;在处理力学模型基础上,用三维8~21节点单元进行网格划分和分析求解;找出了最大主应力的位置,并按疲劳强度求出最小安全系数为2.7;指出疲劳寿命足够,但按等强度观点,该连杆还可进一步完善提高。
As an example,linkages of a truck-mounted air compressor are analyzed by finite element method. It is provided in structural design that external loads of each linkage are determined in terms of the maximum pulling and pushing conditions, theloads of the inner surface of a linkage are distributed in the forms of consine, and matching and thermal loads-uniformly. After gridding and solving the loads by using 8~21 node elements, the point where main stress is maximum is obtained, and the minimum safety coefficient is 2. 7.
