摘要
SBT、MAK-2、伽马密度测井仪和国产各种声波密度仪器在固井质量评价过程中存在着实用性差及处理解释时间长等缺陷。通过精细的理论推导和大量的实验分析,研究出了声波测井、伽马密度测井解释方法,提出声波测井中采用第Ⅰ、Ⅱ界面胶结指数及水泥填充率、伽马密度测井采用水泥密度充填参数相结合来解释评价固井质量。开发了基于PC及SUN工作站的固井质量评价软件系统,该系统具有独立知识产权,既能处理目前在用的各种国产声波变密度测井资料,也能处理MAK-2、扇区水泥胶结(SBT)和伽马密度测井资料。该系统目前在国内测井同行业中处于领先水平,具有一定的推广应用价值。
SBT,MAK-2,GR-DEN and acoustic log tools in china have .some shortcomings in evaluation of cementing bond quality, such as poor practicability and long time interpretation, etc. We have worked out a few interpretation and evaluation methods for acoustic and GR-DEN logs through detailed theory deduction and numerous experiment analyses. For example, bond index of interface Ⅰ,Ⅱ, and the ratio of cement filling in acoustic log and density parameter of cement filling in GR-DEN log may be used together to evaluate the cementing bond quality. Developed is a software system for evaluating cement bond quality based on PC and SUN workstation. The system possesses its own property right. Not only can it interpret all .sorts of VDL log data, but also log data of MAK-2 acoustic, GR-DEN and SBT tools..So it is ahead of china's logging industries at present and has an excellent application future.
