摘要
SP－8100型水平井取心工具，通过液力推进—机械提升装置，在取心结束后实现了内筒随伸缩机构上行，卡板岩心爪封闭内筒的目的，所以适用于未固结砂岩和未成柱岩性地层的取心。装置的核心部件是承托弹簧。通过计算设计的承托弹簧经实验证明达到了设计要求，可满足现场需要。
This paper introduce SP-8100 type coring tool used in horizontal well. This tool suit for unsoiled sand and broken formation,because core container moves up with telescopic system and core gripper with slip-spider close container by hydraulic pull and mechanical lifting unit, after finishing coring. The tool' S key part is retainer spring which proven meet field work and getting design requirement.
