摘要
中国民办高校在中国教育史上经过反反复复、潮起潮落的艰难曲折的发展历程已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,以其独特的民办管理体制参与中国高等教育市场竞争。中国民办高校要始终瞄准教育改革的最新趋向,以竞争求发展,以特色找定位,树立教育营销意识和市场化运作模式,理性处理民办高校发展过程中所面临的规模、质量、结构、效益问题,正确处理好学校和政府、学校和市场、学校和师生的关系,审时度势,科学决策,推动中国民办高校快速、稳定、健康发展。
Having undergone many rises and falls in their tortuous development course, private universities in China have already become an important part of China's higher education, which are taking an active part in the market competition of Chinese higher education with their unique non-governmental management system. China's private universities should always aim at the latest trends of educational reform so as to seek for their development with competition and seek for their orientation with characteristics. Meanwhile, China's private universities must do well in the work as summarized below: acquiring an educational marketing awareness, setting up a pattern of marketing operation, rationally handling the problems of scale, quality, structure and profit in their development process, correctly dealing with the relationships between university and government, between university and market and between university and teachers & students, making a correct assessment of the situation and making scientific decisions. Only by doing the above - mentioned jobs well can China's private universities blaze a quick, stable and healthy road.
