外伤后脑梗死38例临床分析

Clinical analysis of post-traumatic cerebral infarction in 38 cases

目的:探讨外伤后脑梗死的病因及治疗方法。方法:对我院收治的38例外伤后脑梗死进行回顾性分析。结果:按GOS评价预后:良好22例,中残10例,重残4例,植物生存1例,死亡1例。结论:提高对本病的认识、早期诊断和积极有效的综合治疗是改善患者预后和提高生存质量的关键。

Objective To study the causes and the treatment methods of post-traumatic cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty-eight cases of post-traumatic cerebral infarction in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to the standard of Glasgow Outcome Scale, Grade Ⅴ 22 cases; Grade Ⅳ 10 cases; Grade Ⅲ 4 cases; Grade Ⅱ 1 case; Grade Ⅰ 1 case. Conclusion To increase awareness of the disease, to diagnose early, to improving the prognosis and enhancing the quality treat integratively and effectively are the key to of life of the patients.
