摘要
分析了不同制备工艺对AgSnO2系线材产品性能及金相组织的影响,发现制粉工艺对SnO2颗粒的分布及形态影响很大,并对材料性能产生不同影响。材料的电寿命试验结果表明,应针对该材料的个性化特点及使用条件选择适当的制备工艺,并可在一定程度上融合各工艺的特点,以提高材料的相关性能。
Through the analysis of properties and microstructures of AgSnO2 wire products by different processes, it shows that powder processes have great influence on distribution and shape of SnO2 particles, as well as properties of AgSnO2 wire products. Comparing the electric performance test results, we draw the conclusions that the suitable powder process should be chosen according to the application conditions of AgSnO2 material. It is possible to improve properties of AgSnO2 material by combining the characters of different powder processes in certain degree.
