介绍了环保型制冷压缩机用漆包线的特殊技术要求,包括对漆包线动摩擦系数要求,特别是环保R134a、R600a、R410a、R407c、R507a等制冷剂对漆包线的相容性要求,并论述了其相容性要求的试验方法,对漆包线的化学性能要求作了补充说明。
This paper presents specific technical specifications of enamel insulated wire for fluorin-free refrigeration compressor. The coefficient of kinetic friction requirement of enamel insulated wire, especially the compatibility of that in coolant R134a, R600a, R410a, R407c,R507a,etc. are discussed. The testing methods of the compatibility and the chemical property requirements of the wire in the coolants are introduced too.
