山茱萸浸提过程的动力学研究

Dynamical Study on the Extraction Process of Cornus Officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.

目的:初步建立中草药浸提过程的动力学模型和温度影响因素模型,探讨溶剂倍量、原料颗粒粒度、浸提温度及浸提时间等对浸提效率的影响及相关性。方法:以山茱萸中马钱素为浸提对象,绘制马钱素标准曲线,并进行定性鉴定;分别讨论不同粒度下浸提时间、不同溶剂倍量下浸提时间、不同浸提时间下山茱萸粒度、不同浸提时间下溶剂倍量与马钱素浓度的关系。结果:浸提时间越长,浸提温度越高,山茱萸粒度越小,溶剂倍量越大,则越有利于山茱萸中马钱素的提取。结论:实验结果与动力学模型是相符合的,可为山茱萸有效成分提取工艺选择操作条件提供依据。

Objective： To study the influence to extraction efficiency and the correlation of the solvent volume, the ground size, the extractive temperature and the extractive time, and to establish the dynamic model and temperature model of Chinese herbal medicine extraction, took loganin as the extractive object from Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.. Methods： Protracted the standard curve of loganin and determined its nature, the relation of loganin concentration to the extractive time in different ground size, the extractive time in different solvent volume, the ground size in different extractive time and the solvent volume in different extractive time were studied. Results： The longer extractive time, the higher extractive temperature, the smaller ground size and the larger solvent volume were beneficial to the loganin extraction. Conclusion： This experimental results were corresponding to this dynamic model, and could bring about a theoretical basis for the condition-chosen of the available ingredients extracting from Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc..
