摘要
通过大量的岩心流动实验,调查了含有固相颗粒与油珠的油井产出污水回注地层时对地层渗透率降低的影响,分析了颗粒和油珠在注入水中的浓度、尺寸及尺寸级配和流速等参数与渗透率损害之间的关系,并通过网络模型模拟,研究了实验中揭示的渗透率变化规律。实验数据与模拟结果相似性很好。通过实验与模拟研究,深入认识了油井产出污水注入地层所造成的地层损害机理和损害规律,为合理处理和利用油井产出污水提供了科学依据。
This paper, based on the experimental results of numerous fluid flow in cores, investigates the effect of reinjecting the produced water containing solid particles and oil droplets on the permeability changes of oil pay zones, analyzes the relationship between the concentration of particles and oil droplets in water, their size and flow rate and the permeability reduction of formations, and studies the permeability variation pattern revealed by experiments through network simulation. The simulation results are every similar to experimental data. All this sets up a solid scientific basis for rationally treating and utilizing the produced water from oil wells.
