摘要
从泡沫特性入手,探讨了影响发泡力和寿命的原因,从理论上分析解决泡沫问题的可能用途,并且通过实验加以证实.对不同配方的发泡力、泡沫稳定性以及净洗效果进行了比较,测试结果表明m[皂基(自制高碳链不饱和酸盐)]:m(烷基苯磺酸盐):m(平平加O)=5~8进行复配,可以得到泡沫少、破灭快,净洗效果好的高效低泡净洗剂.若加入消泡剂效果更佳,可降至17s,同时具有除浮色能力强等特点.
This paper discussed the influencing factors of foaming ability from foam characteristic. We analysed the resovant of foam problems, and proved them by experiments. Compared the foaming ability, foam stability and detergent effect of different formula. The results showed that m [ soap base ( high - carbon unsaturated acid salt) ] : m ( korenyl sulphonate) : m[Pereqa(O) ] = 5 - 8.We got low foam detergent,it break quickly and has good effect on washing. It will be better if adds foam breaking agent, meanwhile with high ability of removing floating colour.
