摘要
目的:观察针刺对高脂血症中血脂水平的改善情况。方法:将60例高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用针刺疗法治疗,对照组30例服用洛伐他汀,疗程均为30天。结果:在改善高脂血症血清中总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白的含量水平方面,2组自身治疗后比较均有明显性差异(P值均<0.05),2组之间比较无论治疗前后均无显著性差异(P值均>0.05)。结论:针刺疗法同样具有较好的降脂作用。
Purpose:To observe the effect of acupunture on senile hyperlipemia.Methods:60 cases of senile hyperlipemia were devided into treatment group and control group.30 cases of senile hyperlipemia were treated by acupuncture,and the curative effect in them was compared with that in 30 case treated by Lovastatin,courses of treatment is 30 days.Results:There were very significant differences in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein (HLD-C)between pre-treatment and post-treatment in acupuncture group and medication group(P<0.05).There was not a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is showed that the curative effect of acupuncture is the same as that of medication.
