梅花针配合埋线治疗顽固性面瘫42例疗效观察

Observation of effectiveness of 42 cases with bigoted facial paralysis treated with plum-blossom needle and embedding catgut

目的:观察梅花针配合埋线治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将顽固性面瘫患者随机分为梅花针配合埋线治疗组和普通针刺配合电针对照组,进行对照观察。结果:治疗有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针配合埋线治疗顽固性面瘫疗效较好。

Objective:To observe effect of treating bigoted facial paralysis by plum-bolssom needle and embedding catgut.Method:The cases of bigoted facial paralysis were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,the therapy group accepted plum-blossom needle and embedding catgut,while the control group accepted acupuncture and electroacupuncture.Result:There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum-blossom needle and embeeding catgut is a better method for bigoted facial paralysis.
