转化生长因子β与聚内消旋乳酸复合体的促骨愈合作用 被引量:2

摘要 骨折愈合修复是一个由大量细胞因子参与的复杂的骨再生过程,转化生长因子-β对骨折愈合修复有明显的促进作用,外源性转化生长因子-β可与聚内消旋乳酸结合形成可吸收的控释性复合体。本文就该可吸收控释性复合体对骨折愈合修复的作用及其生物相容性和副作用等作一综述。
