Synthesis of Ethyl Acetate Catalyzed with SnCl_4·5H_2O/C

摘要 以SnCl4·5H2O/C为催化剂、用乙酸和乙醇为原料,直接酯化合成乙酸乙酯。讨论了醇酸物质的量比、反应温度以及催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,得出最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为2·5g,乙醇和乙酸的物质的量比为1∶1·5,反应温度为95℃。催化剂重复使用率好,酯的产率高达93·38%。 Using SnCl4·5H2O/C as catalyst, acetic acid and ethanol as raw materials, ethyl acetate was prepared via direct esterification. The factors such as ratio between alcohol and acid, reaction temperature, and dosage of catalyst influencing on esterification were discussed. And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the dosage of catalyst was 2. 5g, ratio of ethanol to acid was 1: 1.5, reaction temperature was about 95℃. The rate of reutilization of catalyst was good, and the yield of title compound could be up to 93.38%.
