浅析人身伤害赔偿标准

目前,我国所公布执行的人身损害赔偿标准正处于多元化状态。由于标准的不同,相同的人身伤害赔偿项目在不同的标准中所规定的赔偿金额悬殊很大。笔者认为,可以由安全生产监督管理部门协调有关部门,组织制定统一的相关赔偿标准,依法保障事故赔偿和安全生产。

The current personal injury compensation standard in our country is in a state of pluralism. Pluralism means institutions which constitute compensation standards are in a state of pluralism. Different institutions constitute different standards. The same compensation item gets different compensation sum because of different standards and the difference is greatly. The writer discusses classes of compensation standards, differences of personal injury compensation standards of all kinds, harm which pluralism brings about. The writer also suggests some measure s against pluralism.
