中国道路交通安全面临着前所未有的挑战。本文在分析车辆保险与投保人安全驾驶关系的基础上,提出推行车辆保险是解决我国当前道路交通安全、保障交通事故受害者合法权益的有效经济手段之一。

Now we are facing an unprecedented road traffic safety challenge in China.Based on analyzing relationship between vehicle insurance and driver＇ s safe driving,this paper puts forward the method a vehicle insurance is an effective economic measure to improve road traffic safe driving at present and ensure the interests of traffic accident victim in China.
