针对城市灾害日趋严重的问题，讨论了构筑城市防灾减灾体系的必要性，对城市火灾灾害现状进行了的评价分析．探讨了城市火灾的预防对策。

Targeting at the increasingly aggravating urban disasters caused by the rapid urban developments, this paper justifies the necessity of establishing an urban disaster and loss prevention system, evaluates the current status of urban fire disasters, and proposes the prevention measures against urban fire disasters.
